Abstract

This research examines the dynamics of modern women's relationships through the perspective of Islamic law based on the interpretation of Al-Qurtubi. This study analyzes how Al-Qurtubi's interpretation of Al-Quran verses can provide an in-depth understanding of the position and role of women in the contemporary social context. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with a focus on analysis of the interpretation of Al-Jami' li Ahkam al-Quran. The research results show that Al-Qurtubi's interpretation not only discusses women's basic rights, but also provides a comprehensive legal framework in facing modern social challenges.
